Unless you have a dedicated goal that you are striving for, it can be very difficult choosing between immediate further studies or gaining some work experience...but basically there is no wrong answer.
Gaining work experience can help you understand what you enjoy doing, and gives you a good image of the real world. Working also gives you a break from university stress, after three years of University, in addition to a global pandemic. Furthermore, you can always decide to continue studying at anytime.
An immediate postgraduate also comes with advantages, such as some might find it difficult returning into the the study routine after time away from university, in which this would be a seamless transition to further studies. Also postgraduate degrees are a lot of work, but usually only take one year to complete. This gives you an academic advantage towards others when trying to apply for a job.
Everyone you ask will give you a different answer to this question, but it really comes down to: what is your gut feeling. Both of these options can lead to amazing carriers and futures, it's simply a different path.
